I’ve always been a taller, lean guy. In college, despite my efforts to bulk up by eating more, running 75 miles a week as a cross-country athlete kept me in a skinny fit. Finding slim-fit clothing was easy then.

But after knee surgery and the birth of my son, my routine changed. Long runs were no longer an option, and I began strength training at home—deadlifts, squats, and rehab exercises to build leg strength.
